Boy-toys... not sure where this will lead!

OOooh the addiction of my life has done it again! I am of course talking about Spoonflower, the most addictive hobby I ever had. For those of you yet not acquainted with Spoonflower, it is a place where you can design & have your own fabric printed. Based in North Carolina. Absolutely fantastic business idea.

So Spoonflower is growing huge, and Michael Miller fabrics heard of them, apparently. Every week Spoonflower hosts a contest where you design a fabric to a certain theme. Then all users can vote on the fabrics, and the winner receives $100 in Spoondollars, which can be used to buy fabric on their site. You can find pretty much anything on there, and the fabrics are of great quality.

The latest contest Spoonflower announced is being done together with Michael Miller. Whoever ends up winning this contest, will get to design a whole collection of fabrics to be sold by M M. How great is that? Makes me hyperventilate, makes my head spin, makes my hands itch and my whole body go wild with creativity. PROBLEM is, WHAT? HOW? Cars? Animals? Toys? I have so many ideas.... To get my mind settled a bit, I made a contest entry for the "Paisley" contest coming up this week. Because of broken hand, I haven't entered a contest in a long time. Felt good to be part of the creative crowd again!
