I got up. Dressed kids. Fed kids. Saw kids play. Laid back down on bed for just a moment...
OH! MISTAKE!
Don't ever sleep if children are awake.
Don't ever have a pantry without a padlock.
Don't ever think you're ok with messes as long as you can rest for just a moment...
...brown sugar... rug... couches...
...random items in STICKY plastic bag...
..leftovers from brown sugar pile... 5year old's belly full..
...Sticky chair.. sticky blankets... sticky pillows... sticky table.. sticky floor... sticky rug...
...sticky door jambs, walls, toys, clothes, hair, bathroom, kitchen....
AAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!
Kids played UPSTAIRS for the rest of the day. I cleaned all day. Sigh. Lesson learned. (I think???)

Argh. Argh. and tripel ARGH!! Times like that moms should have the right to an instand afternoon at a posh SPA!!! one day you might be able to laugh at it thou... maybe. I HATE sticky stuff. YUKK!!!
I can almost already laugh at it... ALMOST. I got a very clean house in the end :)
I made all kids play upstairs, brought lunch up there etc. By the time Hubby came home it was only a memory... Good thing I took pictures...

ÅÅÅHHH! Jag är riktigt tacksam över att Simon bara hällde ut en halv burk bakpulver i soffan i höstas - varken kletigt eller utspritt över hela huset (gick ju att dammsuga upp det mesta).

What a disaster, nothing worse then sticky cleanups...I've been there too, not on this scale though!
