I confess to wasting many hours browsing gorgeous boots on Amazon. Boots I will never buy - they are way out of my price range. OK I also confess that i DO have the Miz Mooz "Bloom" boot in red that's pictured in this post. I got it three years ago when the price wasn't so outrageous.
Then again, having said that, I also think spending a couple hundred on winter boots that you LOVE can be justified - but at this point, I'm just dreamin'...

Wish my calves were thinner so I could fit regular boots too... hard to find boots that fits me. :(
And, hard to find any nice boots OR shoes up here.

I have spent many an hour admiring those exact blue Frye Melissa boots- aarggh. And to make me sick with shame and anger, they were once on sale in a brighter blue for $150 and I didn't buy them! I thought I'd feed my kids instead and have regretted my decision ever since.
MWUAHAHAHAHAAA!! I'm sure it was a very regrettable thing... Food is so boring to spend your money on!! And who needs kids if you have blue boots???
